Bed linen change In hotel rooms, bed linen is changed at least twice a week. On request, bed linen can be changed at other intervals.

Billiards Billiards is open daily from 11.00 - 22.00. The billiards are located on the ground floor.
Bowling Bowling is available daily from 11.00 - 20.00. Bowling is located on the ground floor.
Wine Bar . The Wine Bar is open daily from 11:00 - 22:00. The Wine Bar is located on the ground floor of .
Security The hotel has a security service from 22 - 06 hours.
Check in You can book your hotel room from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
Check out Please check out of your room by 10:00 on the day of your departure and return your keys to Reception. Loss or damage of the key will result in a compensation of 6.000,- Ft / piece.
Shoe cleaning: A shoe cleaning kit is available in the room next to the safe, and a shoe cleaning machine is located in the hotel lobby, next to the entrance.
Parcel delivery: Your parcel will be delivered to your room on request.
Baggage room: It can be used free of charge at any time via Reception on the ground floor.
Other equipment Available at reception for an extra charge: toothbrush + toothpaste, razor, slippers. Umbrellas are provided free of charge.

Electricity : The electricity in our hotel is 220V/50Hz. For our foreign guests, an adapter for international use is available on request.

The restaurant is located on the ground floor. Our restaurant is air-conditioned and non-smoking. We do not serve alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 years of age. For more information about our restaurant services, please contact the Restaurant or Reception. We kindly ask our guests to eat the selected/ordered dishes in the restaurant. If you would like to take food out of the restaurant in addition to the food you have eaten, you can do so for an extra charge. Guests can order a special cold pack for an excursion or, in case of early check-out, in place of breakfast. Please inform the reception desk of your cold pack request by 20.00 the day before at the latest.

Heating-cooling air conditioner: The unit must be operated with the windows closed. The temperature can be controlled by remote control. In winter the recommended heating temperature is 20 - 25 C°, in summer the recommended cooling temperature is 22 - 26 C°. These temperature ranges provide a pleasant feeling of comfort.
Internet: Wireless internet is available free of charge in the hotel area. A desktop computer with printing facilities is available free of charge on the ground floor.

Maintenance: Please let Reception know if any equipment in your room is not working or needs repair.
"Please do not disturb": If you do not wish to be disturbed, please use the "Please do not disturb" sign in your room. Please do not disturb the guest. Please hang the sign on the door handle.

Pets: Guests arriving with a small "pet" (dog, cat) are kindly requested to inform the Reception in advance of their pet's arrival. For the peace of mind of your pet and our Guests, please bring your pet to our Hotel with appropriate documentation and the necessary equipment (e.g. collar, leash, pet carrier). Please note that pets are not allowed in the restaurant. We do not provide food or dishes for pets.

Minibar: The minibar in the room offers guests a variety of drinks, soft drinks, sweets and salty nuts. The minibar in the room is refilled daily and automatically charged to your account. On the day of check-out, please inform Reception of your last day's consumption. Please refer to the price list in your room for our current rates.
Mobile phone: A mobile phone is available free of charge in the room. Please inform reception.
Laundry: If you drop off your clothes before 9:00, we will have your clean clothes ready for you in your room the same day (except weekends). Please use the laundry bag. For current prices, please contact Reception. Please only request laundry that does not require special treatment.
Non-smoking room: Smoking is always FORBIDDEN in the guest rooms of the Hotel! Smoking in the rooms will incur extra cleaning charges!
International adapter: an adapter for international use is available at the hotel reception for a deposit.
Medical on call: if you have a medical complaint or unexpected sickness, please consult a specialist. Our reception will be happy to provide you with the contact details of the nearest emergency room, pharmacy and hospital.
Complaints: Please contact Reception with any complaints or comments during your stay so that we can resolve any problems as quickly as possible.
Slippers: Available for a separate fee at Reception.
Parking: For those arriving by car, parking is free of charge in the hotel car park . We cannot be held responsible for any damages.
Pillow: If you need an extra pillow or an anti-allergenicpillow, please contact Reception.
Post: Your stamped postal items will be forwarded by Reception for a fee. Envelopes and letterhead can be sent to Reception Reception. Writing utensils are available in the room.

Radio: You can listen to the radio via television.

Clothing: Guests are kindly requested to respect the general dress code. Bathrobes and swimsuits are not allowed in the restaurant for consumption
Special diets and meals If you or a guest travelling with you has a food allergy or intolerance, please let us know in advance so that our staff can ensure your complete safety and comfort in good time.
Sauna Our hotel offers the following saunas in the wellness area: Finnish sauna, infra sauna, combined sauna.. The rules for using the sauna are available in the wellness house rules and next to the sauna. For further information please contact the Reception.
Computer assistance: Please also contact Reception with any Internet or computer queries.
Safe: A room safe is available for storing your valuables and money. The hotel is not responsible for valuables stored outside the safe.
Room key: Hotel rooms are key-locked. The electricity in the rooms can be operated by magnetic card. To activate the electrical equipment in the rooms, please insert the magnetic card in the slot provided next to the door. Please note that room sockets will only work in this case. Loss or damage of the key and the card will result in a compensation of 6.000,- HUF/each.

From room to room: by pressing room number . It is not possible to make an external call from the room, you can make an external call at the reception.

Towel change: Towels in hotel rooms are changed daily on request. Please contact Reception with your request.

Ironing: Please let the Reception know if you need ironing. The clothes will be ironed within 1 hour. Please only request ironing of garments that do not require special treatment, as the hotel cannot be held responsible for any damage caused. An iron and rack can be provided free of charge on request.
